General terms and conditions
Application of T+Cs, conclusion of contract
By placing an order, the purchaser acknowledges the following general terms and conditions. They are an integral part of the
contract. The contract actually comes into effect when the order placed by the purchaser has been confirmed by us in writing. We do not acknowledge any differing general terms and conditions of the purchaser.
Offer
All offers in our sales lists are subject to confirmation. If a desired article can no longer be supplied when the order is placed, we shall be permitted to offer an alternative product of similar quality and in a similar price bracket. The contract shall come into effect when the purchaser has accepted the alternative offer.
Prices
The respective price list in force at the time that the contract is concluded shall be binding. All old price lists shall cease to be valid when a new price list is published. The decisive factor for determining validity shall be the publication date printed on the price list. The prices include value added tax.
